Yoga and Food. To different things, both contributing to our soul and to our wellbeing. Yoga is union. When we connect to our body we move towards giving ourself what we need to feel fulfilled, balanced and happy.


 I teach the style of Vinyasa Flow, focused on breath and alignment. My main motivation is to help my students connecting to their body and learn mindfulness in all parts of life to move towards joy and contentment. May the practice dissolve inner obstacles and strengthens self-love and acceptance, on and off the mat.


Make better choices everyday, and furthermore, learn how to prepare delicious food with joy, love and creativity! My approach is based on natural and plant-based recipes. Through yoga, we become more mindful and can learn what we actually need, balance our habits and appreciate each bite.
